What is your return policy?

Terms & Conditions

  • You have 14 days from when you receive your item to exchange it or return it for a refund.
  • If you’re unable to return it within the 14-day period, please let us know within the 3 days.
  • Refunds will be made onto your original payment method (including gift cards) within 14 days of us receiving the return. Some banks may take up to 30 days to process the credit to your account.
  • We are unable to accept refunds in store, on orders paid online
  • We don’t accept liability for items that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
  • Items must be unwashed and unworn, with all labels and tags still intact – unfortunately we can’t accept them in any other condition.
  • Hygiene strips must be attached to swimwear.
  • Items with a seal tag will only be accepted where it remains intact and undamaged.
  • Cosmetics (including makeup brushes) can only be returned if they are sealed and show no signs of use.

Exclusions

Due to hygiene reasons, certain goods are non-refundable. These are:

  • Underwear
  • Earrings
  • Personal grooming products

Please note anything tailored or personalised to you cannot be returned.

The following items are non-returnable to store but can be returned by post:

  • Fine jewellery
  • Rugs
  • B by Ted Baker bras and nightwear
  • Bridal

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and come back for more. If you're unhappy for any reason, please contact us at info@tedbakerserbia.com to initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Can I exchange an item?

If your item doesn't fit or you have ordered the wrong colour or style, you will be able to exchange it within 14 days from the date of purchase, either through shipments or in store. 

To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging.

The product I want is out-of-stock, when will it be available?

We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. If one of our products is out of stock, please feel free to send us a message and we'll make sure to let you know when you will be able to order it again.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard Delivery

3-5 working days

  • Once ordered, your order will be delivered in 3-5 working days*
  • You’ll receive an email when it’s been despatched, which will include tracking information whenever we can
  • Your delivery will be made between Monday and Friday, excluding bank holidays
  • Gift cards cannot be used to qualify for free delivery

*Throughout Black Friday, December, and Sale you may have to wait longer for delivery

Please note Ted Baker Serbia delivers to all Serbian postcodes

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We can ship products only to SEE, and Hungary and Romania in the Central Europe. Please see at our checkout page all available countries we ship to

Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

My order never got to me, what do I do?

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!  

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.
